Fred Goynes who has been calling for over 30 years, has a mellow voice, perfect for a country song and the good looks that help create a good stage presence. He calls and teaches lessons through the plus level for several clubs in the South Texas area. Although his wife, Kim, and children, Rachael and Tyler, restrict his time available for travel, he calls weekends, specials, and festivals over the South Central and Western United States. He has been a staff caller at the Fun Valley Square Dance Resort in Colorado for 20 years, currently calling the second week in June. Fred’s other interests include gardening, helping with 4H projects, and singing in a Southern Gospel Quartet. |
