Bob & Susan Lawson began square dancing two years ago in Lee McCormack's beginners class of February, 2003.  Susan wanted to take lessons & Bob was NOT interested.  Love prevailed and after a few lessons, Bob was hooked and rarely misses a dance.  Only hunting takes priority over dancing.  We have danced in Phoenix, AZ, Mountain Home, Ark., McAllen & Mesquite, TX during recent travels.  Last summer we spent a week at Fun Valley Square Dance Resort in Colorado and already have reservations for this summer.

We are both retired from CITGO refinery in Corpus Christi.  We live in a beautiful log home, which we built ourselves, on 20 acres out side of Aransas Pass surrounded by horses, cows, dogs, and cats.
