UPDATE/INFORMATION ON OUR TV SHOW
This is our 5th week of the shows run. We are slowly but surely getting our act together for producing our own show. Time Warner has four weeks of tapes in hand with three more coming. I hope by the time they run these we will have produced our own show. I think we have two excellent places to do the tapings; the Jacksonwood church of the Yellow Rockers; and the Paws & Taws building in Fulton. We are having our first meeting of the participants on September 9th at 6:30 p.m. at Vi Shirey's home (directions to be furnished). We desperately need, as a minimum, one representative from each Club (who wish to participate) to be there. The Show is now running in Fulton/Rockport/Portland and when I get the time I will check out the Victoria area and get it running there. REMEMBER THE PURPOSE OF THE SHOW IS TO GENERATE ENTHUSIASM FOR SQUARE DANCING, WITH THE FIRST PRIORITY BEING THE COASTAL BEND. ADVERTISE THE SHOW.
